Hemp Seed, Strawberry and Banana Protein Smoothie

Makes 2 smoothies | Serves 2

Ingredients

2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen banana
4 tbsp greek yoghurt 
1 tbsp honey
2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
¼ cup Lightly Ground Hemp Seeds
2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a thick, creamy smoothie. Add an extra splash of water (or more milk) until desired consistency is achieved.

2. Top your smoothie with a sprinkle of hemp seeds. Serve and enjoy!
