Hemp Seed Protein Porridge
Makes 1 serve | Serves 1
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1½ cups oat milk (or milk of choice)
1 tsp honey
½ scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
¼ punnet of raspberries
¼ cup Hulled Hemp Seeds (Hemp Hearts) with Fibre
Method
1. Add oats, milk, honey and protein powder to a pot on the stove and stir to incorporate ingredients evenly.
2. Cook on medium heat until it thickens to your liking, stirring occasionally.
3. Transfer porridge to a bowl and top with peanut butter, berries and hemp seeds.
